Travel Story 2: Krishna Das Phenomenon

This travel synchronicity will trip you out based on the sheer odds of this actually happening. We were traveling in India and we only listened to ONE artist the entire time. Krishna Das. It's beautiful meditative music. If you've never heard it, search it on YouTube.

Anyway, we don't know how we found out about this guy, but we loved his music. Then after 3 months of pretty much playing this album on repeat, we were staying at an ashram and there was a surprise concert by... Guess Who? ... yep. Krishna Das.

Turns out he only does around 11-12 concerts per year and of the 13,000 or so ashrams in India, he just so happened to play at the one we were staying at.

Oh... and he also was nominated for a Grammy the following year 🤯
