Anasazi Lullaby - meine zweite Aufnahme mit der neuen großen Anasazi Meditationsflöte in G#. Das offene Mundstück erfordert viel Achtsamtkeit und große Konzentration beim Spielen. Dadurch stellt sich aber wie von selbst ein gewisses Flow Gefühl und ein leicht träumender Zustand der Zeitlosigkeit beim Spielen ein. So-Sein in absoluter Gegenwart im Hier und Jetzt - geblasene Meditation ganz nah am Sui Zen des Shakuhachi Spiels.

Anasazi Lullaby - my second record with the new large Anasazi meditation flute in G #. The open mouthpiece requires much attention and great concentration while playing. But it poses by itself a certain flow feeling and a slightly dreamy state of timelessness while playing. Absolute presence - blown meditation close to the Sui Zen played with Shakuhachi flutes.
