Being one of the most famous location in Klang Valley, Mont Kiara has always been the main location to reside especially for the expat market mainly because this address is just convenient from several aspects. In terms of connectivity, Mont Kiara is just connected several main highways such as DUKE, SPRINT, NKVE and etc. Therefore, residents can travel to main addresses such as Bangsar, PJ, Damansara, and KL City Centre just within short drives.
Due to the high population of expats, the lifestyle components are catered to their needs as well. The high number of international schools, cafes and restaurants, fitness centers, office spaces and etc revolves around their lifestyle. Allevia is then the latest project within this address.
With the rich background of the developer in this address, they have full clarity on the target audience and they're clearly reflected within their product. With their past success on dual frontage apartment typologies, their design perfectly zoned open and private spaces around humongous living and kitchen space, then having a room purely for hobby. I also like the intention of not doing too much on the facilities as the number of units are low. Plus the touchless concept around the common areas, those are just thoughtful.
However, Mont Kiara is also well known for it's high density of highrises. In fact, this project is sandwiched between 2 apartments but the access will be via Jalan Kiara 4 instead of Jalan Kiara 3. Although that road might be narrow but at least it's somewhat private. Hence this is one of those address where you either love it or hate it.
