Nimy Resources (ASX:NIM) completes over-subscribed Share Placement on strong support from existing and new institutional and sophisticated investors

🛡️ The initial $1.2m Placement was strongly supported and over-subscribed.
⛰️ Total funds raised of $1.72m (before costs) will help Nimy Resources unlock the Belt Scale Copper opportunity and establish a maiden Gallium JORC 2012 Compliant resource at Block 3.
⚒️ The new equity will also fund further progress at the Masson Copper/Nickel/PGE project and Sneaky Squirrel Copper-Zinc-Gold discovery.
🤝 Nimy continues to advance discussions with US and European offtake partners for gallium.
