Fitness Training on a Fingerboard
Whilst in lockdown, many of us do not have access to walls to train climbing fitness. This video goes through planning and running both aerobic and anaerobic sessions on a fingerboard and what you will need to get going! Fingers crossed we will be allowed out soon to train properly but for now lets stay strong indoors!
