Large root sneaking in through c/o or test wye close to the sidewalk. Root completely removed via hydro jetting. The line was deep, approaching 6 feet so we saved the homeowner a substantial amount of money. Not to mention the prior plumber on site was not able to open the line and insisted that the problem was in the garage and they needed to open the garage floor and the cost was going to be $3,500
