超簡易!美味高蛋白蔬食料理「蘑菇雞蛋蔥燒豆腐」Soy-fry tofu scrambles with mushrooms. #mayfitbowl #recipes #shorts
來自媽媽的私房菜~😳大受歡迎的#mayfitbowl 食譜,不僅美味可口,作法超簡單、低成本、也相當高蛋白質哦!步驟如下⬇️

食材:雞蛋三顆、板豆腐一盒/家常豆腐、蘑菇或喜歡的菇類、大蒜末、一把蔥花(白蔥&綠蔥分開)、辣椒末。調味料:蠔油一匙、醬油一大匙、米酒一匙、少許蜂蜜(也可以用糖or味霖取代)

1. 豆腐先用廚房紙巾包覆等待10分鐘,在大碗中打勻3顆蛋+適量鹽,加入切塊板豆腐。
平底鍋中火倒一匙油,下豆腐蛋液,讓豆腐鋪平,等待約2分鐘,不要太快翻動,讓底層有點焦香後翻面,可以用木鏟稍微將蛋與豆腐分離,盛起備用。

2.同鍋再倒少油,炒香蘑菇,爆香白蔥、蒜末,加入蛋&豆腐稍微翻炒,接著加入醬料和半碗水煮至收汁,最後大火拌入綠蔥+一匙芝麻油增加香氣,起鍋享用❤️

嫩嫩的豆腐與帶有焦香的蛋塊,
裹著濃稠醬汁,再淋一匙辣油!
配上藜麥糙米飯,難以言喻的幸福啊!
1. Beat 3 eggs into a bowl, add tofu cubes and stir together. On a frying pan, heat up 1 tsp of oil. Pour in the mixture and wait for 2min without stirring. Then flip to another side until the surface turns golden brown. Remove from heat for later.

2. On the same pan, heat up 1 tsp of oil, sauté mushrooms first then add into spring onions, garlic and fry together. Next pour into the tofu scrambles with the sauce (1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of thick soy sauce, rice wine some sugar, and 1/2 bowl of water) Cook for a while. Last but not least, add green onions and 1 tsp of sesame oil. Enjoy !
