Venezuela’s acting president has opened the door to U.S oil expansion in the country. Venezuela’s government and Chevron Corp. announced an agreement to allow the company to expand its operations in the South American country. The agreement was signed in Caracas during a meeting in the presidential palace between acting President Delcy Rodríguez and Chevron representatives.
