250 Flour
250 Butter
300g Minced Beef
1 Teaspoons of Grated Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon Onion powder
1Teaspoon Garlic powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Medium-Small Onions
1/4 Cup Milk + 1 Teaspoon
1/4 Cup Water
1 Egg
1/2 Cup water + 2 Tablespoons Corn starch
