How to make Ghanaian traditional chips

This is a step by step video on how to make the Ghana chips also known as chin chin. It is a crunchy deep-fried snack and popularly suited for a lot of West African occasions.
Recipe:
Plain flour - 375g
Butter - 63g
Adobo seasoning - 2teaspoon
Nutmeg - half teaspoon
Water - 180ml
Onion granules - 1 teaspoon
Instructions:
1. Place all the dry ingredients into a bowl
2. Add the butter and mix thoroughly
3. Make a hole in the middle and pour your water into the mixture
4. Now mix together until it is evenly combined to form a dough
5. Chill the dough for 30 minutes
6.Place the dough on a flat surface and knead till it is flat
7. Cut into desired sizes or run the dough through the pasta machine,
8. Pour your oil into a sauce pan and place on a medium heat
9. Put the pastry into the oil and stir gently until it is golden brown and crispy.
