Xbox Original SoftModding in 2020 is so easy!

My new (to me) Xbox Original is a UK model and unmodded and I have some US games I want to play. Following P3NCE's instructions I softmod using Splinter Cell, and it turns out it's really rather simple!
You need a USB cable (make your own or I just bought one from Amazon - https://smile.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00SMCJB4Y/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1), Splinter Cell game (some others work too, I got the original game for £3 off eBay) and a USB stick - older the better, under 4GB.

The instructions I followed are from P3NCE - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC72Z7iIXsG8csqlXWEODrtQ - but he goes into more detail about capacitors you might want to replace and how to fix the DVD drive, what other games you can use etc.

I just wanted to do the bare minimum here, and in the next video I'll do a HDD upgrade.
