Full tutorial: Softmodding Xbox Original

(((Those of you having issues with "msvcr71.dll missing" error, chck my skydrive for the .dll (which has been scanned and tested) follow the instructions on the readme and you should be good to go!!!

Here is an updated tutorial on how I softmodded my Xbox original. I cut out some of the basic parts of the video such as taking apart the Xbox and a few other parts that are pretty easy to figure out.
