照燒雞腿 Chicken Teriyaki

材料
去骨雞腿排 2支
熟芝麻 1茶匙

Ingredients
2 Boneless chicken thighs
1 teaspoon cooked sesame seeds

調味料
米酒 2大匙
柴魚醬油 2大匙
糖 2大匙
水 3大匙

Seasoning
2 tablespoons rice wine
2 tablespoons smoked fish soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons water

做法
1. 雞腿排用刀在內側交叉劃刀斷筋。
2. 平底鍋燒熱,倒入1大匙沙拉油,放入雞腿排下鍋,以小火乾煎約4分鐘,直到表面呈金黃色翻面,再繼續煎約4分鐘。
3. 加入所有調味料,與雞腿一起小火翻煮至湯汁收乾至濃稠,即可灑上芝麻即可。

Preparation Instruction
1. With a knife, filet the inside of the chicken and then cut crossing rows into it.
2. Heat a saucepan, add 1 tablespoon of salad oil, and place the filleted chicken into it. Fry for about 4 minutes on low flame until the surface is golden brown, turning it, and continue to fry about 4 minutes.
3. Add all the seasonings together with the chicken on a low flame and cook until the sauce has thickened. Finish by sprinkling with the sesame seeds.
