Measuring Capacitance Using Digital Multimeter

Measuring the capacitance of polarized capacitors using a digital multimeter.
The capacitance 'C' is the ratio of the amount of charge 'q' on either conductor to the potential difference V between the conductors, or simply C = q/V. Capacitance in electric circuits was introduced by a device called a capacitor.
The unit of electrical capacitance is the farad (abbreviated F), named after the English physicist and chemist Michael Faraday.
Capacitor values may be expressed in µF (microfarad), nF (nanofarad), pF (picofarad), and mF (millifarad), and value conversions often need to be made between them, nF to µF, nF to pF, µF to mF, and vice versa.
