How To Reduce Bloating Fast: 8 tips you need to Debloat … here is how to reduce your bloating overnight and feel like a new person in 24 hours-
Hi again! It's Maddie Gray here to take you through my day of getting rid of all the junk stuck in my bloated belly. This happens to everyone, especially after vacations. Here are all the things I did, ate, took, used, etc. to get rid of my bloated, painfully full tummy throughout the day to get back to my baseline. Most of the weight is not real and is just toxins getting stuck. Here is what you can do to jump start your fitness journey and feel healthier.
1. Fasted Celery Juice
2. Supplements + Lots of Water
3. Stay away from salt, sugar, high sodium foods, processed foods, fake foods, desserts, etc
4. Are you really hungry? Make sure you’re not just bored, socially eating, or dehydrated
5. Eat Slow, and in small amounts. Try not to eat too late
6. Don’t Trap Air in your gut – be careful of gum, carbonated drinks (sodas)
7. Know your food allergies, intolerances, what upsets your stomach
8. Exercise + Sauna
