Storm surge from Hurricane Zeta overtakes roads, cars

Rain from Hurricane Zeta saturated the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Biloxi, flooding roadways and parking lots on Oct. 28, 2020. Wednesday night, the Mississippi coastline experienced a storm surge from Zeta.
