Strawberry and Cream Cookie Bar

I thought it would be fun to make every recipe in Emelia Jackson’s “Some of my Best Friends are Cookies”. Welcome to my kitchen! My family really enjoyed these biscuits, but they were way too sweet for me! They're a lot like a blondie, and I ended up cutting them all in half after trying them! The strawberries get a chewy texture after baking, which isn't my favourite, but other members of my family really enjoyed. If that doesn't sound like something you would enjoy, I'd recommend crushing the strawberries into smaller pieces before baking.
