I thought it would be fun to make every recipe in Emelia Jackson’s “Some of my Best Friends are Cookies”. Welcome to my kitchen! These very rich chocolate biscuits were a hit with our household. I ended up baking the rest of the dough for dessert one night when we had friends over for an impromptu dinner, and they were the perfect sweet treat to end an evening.
