Brain break videos are a perfect way to get your kids moving when they have been sitting to long. Academics are important which is why these brain breaks incorporate sight words.

SUGGESTIONS:
- During the countdown 5-4-3-2-1 have the kids walk in place as they transition to the next word.
- Tapping on their arm helps to reinforce the spelling of the words.
- Objective is to get the blood flowing so the exercises do not have to be perfect, and if you are unfamiliar with the exercise just do what is shown in the video.
- Watch twice for a 10 minute movement session.
- Kids need to move throughout the day. This will help keep the mind alert and will help your child retain more of the lessons.
- Exercise at least one hour per day.
