How to Make a Grapevine Wreath Hoop

If you have a lot of grapevines growing near you, it's easy to turn them into grapevine wreath hoops. They make a perfect base for a myriad of holiday wreaths, and are attractive enough to be displayed on their own with no embellishment. Homemade grapevine wreath hoops have several advantages over the store bought hoops.
Homemade grapevine wreath hoops are generally rounder than store bought hoops, which tend to be on the flatter side. Also you can customize the width and diameter when you're making the hoop yourself, so you'll have the perfect size for your projects, from teeny-tiny to very large. Homemade hoops are usually better quality, as you can make them out of 100% grapevines. Store bought hoops tend to water them down with smaller twigs, which often make them more likely to fall apart. Oh and if you make them yourself, they're also FREE!
