How To Make Macaroons!

-1 cup almond flour
-2 cups powdered sugar
-3 egg whites
-1/4 cup of sugar
-Pinch salt
-Food coloring
Macaroons are very difficult to make and create but in this video I am going to show you the delicious and perfect way to make macaroons so you can enjoy them. The first thing is sift 1 cup of almond flour and 2 cups of powdered sugar. Then mix the dry ingredients together. Next get 3 eggs at room temperature and we are just using the 3 egg whites. Make sure not to drop any yolk because they macaroons won’t work. Use a hand mixer to mix the egg whites for 8 minutes straight. When the first 4 minutes are over start adding little by little 1/4 cup of granulated sugar. Then when the 8 minutes are done you are going to see that the egg whites are really fluffy and are not like a liquid consistency. I decided to add food coloring and remember to add a pinch of salt because otherwise it won’t work and the macaroons will break in the oven. So now you have the dry and wet Ingredients and start mixing the dry ingredients into the egg whites. Mix the two ingredients for 60 times and make sure there is no air in the batter. The next step is to get a big cookie sheet and place parchment paper in the pan and add the batter in a piping bag and place batter in the pan. After you place the batter in the pan leave for 30 minutes outside till it forms a layer on top and when you touch the macaroons the batter won’t stick to your finger. Before you rest the macaroons pre-heat oven for 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Now it’s when you can be creative and add your favorite filing inside the macaroons. I decided to add a coffee buttercream frosting. Then the last step is to enjoy them.
