Wudang TAI CHI BALL "Yin Yang TaiJi Qiu"

This video was produced by the Shiyan City TV Station many years ago. The series is called Wudang Shen Yun and it introduces Wudang Kung Fu and Wudang Culture. In this Tai Chi Ball interview we would like to share with you an ancient longevity practice method within the Taoist Gate. This is a kung fu practice to improve health and increase internal power.
