This easy Bruschetta recipe makes an excellent appetizer or a great finger food for a casual get together. It is also great on a cheese pizza! We use fully ripen Roma tomatoes, fresh garlic, Extra Virgin olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Just a few simple ingredients, but a whole lot of balanced flavor.

2 tbsp of minced fresh garlic
¼ cup of Extra Virgin olive oil
¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup fresh basil ribbons
