Hi there! I wanted to share with you how to make the Japanese-style hamburger steak, or what we call Hamburg ハンバーグ in Japanese. This hamburg steak is very similar to salisbury steak. It’s a kind of meatball, made with a mix of ground beef and ground pork. This might be one of the most popular dishes in all families and restaurants in Japan. There’re so many ways to make this dish. We prefer not to use breadcrumbs and found it juicier and healthier this way :) We had it with Bull-Dog medium thick sauce 中濃ソース cuz I didn't have time to make the sauce, too hungry!
