How to make Japanese potato salad? This recipe will help you make CREAMY & DELICIOUS Japanese potato salad at home, quickly!

Here are the ingredients I used:
- 4 potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 80g bacon
- 1/2 carrot
- 1 cucumber
- 3 tbsp chicken soup powder
- 40g salted butter
- 40g mayonnaise (no cholesterol, calorie half)
- salt, white pepper

Making Japanese Potato Salad:
- boil the eggs: 12 minutes from cold water, lid closed, medium heat. after that, remove and soak in cold water
- peal the carrot, cut to thin small pieces, and microwave for 2 minutes, 600W
- slice the cucumber
- thinly cut the bacon, add 2 tbsp of olive oil and slightly brown on medium-low heat
- boil the potatoes: season with chicken soup powder and boil for 10-12 minutes or until they are soft
- When the potatoes are done, remove and slightly mash them
- Add salted butter, mayonnaise, bacon and olive oil, carrot, eggs, cucumber
- Mix well
- Season with salt and white pepper to your taste
- (Optional) you can add yellow mustard, lemon when serving
