NexiBot is a fully AI Controlled Robot with ESP32S3

Meet Nexi — my autonomous AI robot 🤖✨

Nexi can already move fully autonomously, interact with people using AI, follow commands, remember conversations, and even dance. The robot is built with an ESP32-S3, servo motors for realistic head movement, multiple sensors, and a powerful wheel system for smooth movement and navigation.

Very soon, Nexi will also use the VL53L0X ToF (Time-of-Flight) sensor for advanced distance and edge detection. This will allow the robot to detect obstacles, avoid collisions, and even recognize edges like tables or stairs so it won’t fall down.

I’m continuously improving both the software and hardware to make Nexi smarter, safer, and more interactive every day. More camera features, AI upgrades, and advanced autonomous functions are coming soon. I’m also redesigning the robot with a cleaner look, fewer visible cables, and later a custom PCB for a much more professional final version.

This project started as an idea and is slowly becoming a real intelligent companion 🚀 Stay tuned for more updates and the final build!
