6-8406 Lionel 783 New York Central Scale Hudson!

My latest, and probably last, unboxing of a new toy (at least for a while anyway)

I’ve wanted a scale hudson for a while. I’ve watched the postwar 773 but haven’t found the right one. I came across this 783 from 1985 and realized it would do the job.

Come along as I inbox the engine and see it for the first time, test it, inspect it, and run it.
