Singapore Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice & Buddha Tooth Temple

Exploring Singapore and famous Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice. Stopped by the Maxwell food centre aka maxwell hawker centre and tried the famous Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice. It was very different and surprised when a portion of it is cold however that's part of the cooking process to dip in ice. Didn't think there was much on the flavor or seasoning side however that where the hot sauce is important and hot! Very tasty and flavorful with the sauce.

Also did a walkthrough of the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple across the street in Chinatown. It was interesting to see a different culture and the attention to detail inside of the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple in Singapore Chinatown.

No trip to Singapore is complete without stopping by the Merlion Statue. While at the Merlion Statue some wild otters came by which was really cool. The Singapore Merlion Statue is probably the most recognizable landmark in Singapore with lots of tourist surrounding the Singapore Merlion Statue.
