Biggest Drill in the Shop---Aggressive CNC Drilling

After my 4" drill video people have been asking about our biggest Kennametal HTS Drill that we got in the shop the 5.5" dia monster. First time I'm running this beast on the CNC and I was maxing out my strongest machine the Okuma LB4000EX with 50 horse spindle.
Drilled the 10" long piece in 72 seconds....... gotta be some kind of record.

Been very busy that is why less videos recently. We lost 3 CNC machinists and I had to pick up the slack all good now. Have many more videos coming and working on adding a small studio to describe the parts and tools and procedures in person on camera.

Currently working on a fancy small sculpture on the Mori.
