We Lost 220 Pounds Together │Kyle's Weight Loss Story │Keto Transformation Pictures

I wanted to switch it up for a change and have my husband, Kyle, share his journey. I think the more inspirational weight loss stories you can see will certainly help motivate you to change your life. Between Kyle and I we have lost 220 pounds!

He inspires me every day and I finally hopped on board with him and changed my life. I couldn't have done this weight loss journey without him to lean on. He was there for all of my weak moments, despite me not being there for him.

I learned how important it is to have support when you have a significant amount of weight to lose and that you need to find something you enjoy to release the tensions of the day. Kyle suggests tracking macros and setting small goals to visualize the success to keep you going. Kyle lost all of his weight due to discovering he was allergic to wheat gluten and then eating a diet that reflected his body's needs which was a ketogenic diet. He has been doing intermittent fasting since 2012 as well.
