Kappa Kozhi Nirachathu | തനി നാടൻ കപ്പ കോഴി നിറച്ചത് | Kerala Style | Homemade Recipe

Ingredients

Boiled Tapioca for stuffing
Chicken 1 1/2 kg
Green chilli 5 nos
Dry chilli 10 nos
Shallots 10 nos
Curd 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Garam masala 1 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 3 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Corriender powder 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper cone 2 tbsp
Fennel seeds 2 tbsp
Cumin seed 1 tsp

Method (1)
•Grind all the above ingredients(from green chilli to cumin seed)
•Marinate the chicken with this mixture

Method for the preparation of Tapioca (2)

•Add oil to the hot pan
•Add ginger and garlic , saute it.
•Add shallots and curry leaves , saute it.
•Add crushed dry chilli and saute it.
•Then add boiled Tapioca and saute well.

Method for the stuffing .(3)
•Stuff prepared Tapioca inside the chicken.
•Stich the chicken with a thread.

Method 4.
•Take an another pan and add cocunut oil to the hot pan.
•Add crushed ginger - garlic and saute well.
•Add green chilli and saute well .
•Then add onions to it and saute.
•Place the stuffed chicken into the pan.
•Wait for the chicken to be fully prepared.
•Stuffed Chicken Tapioca is ready.
