Dorayaki Japanese Pancake

How to make dorayaki Japanese pancake
Dorayaki Recipe (1 cup = 240ml)

2 eggs
40g sugar (3 tbsp)
20g honey (1 tbsp)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
60ml milk (4 tbsp) or you can also use water
120g all purpose flour (1 cup)
1 tsp baking powder

You can fill the pancakes with red bean paste or nutella or jam

Pre heat the pan for 5 minutes over low heat, cook for about 1.5 - 2 minutes then flip when you see the bubbles come out and cook for another 30s - 1 minute
