India Boycotts China: Bollywood celebrities asked to boycott endorsements of Chinese products

The India China border provocation that has led to a violent faceoff in Ladakh at the border has been now growing into a massive anti-China sentiment within the country. The Indian government has also made a move on the border dispute by asking various key sectors to reduce the dependency on Chinese products. Civil societies are now supporting the boycotting of Chinese products. The Traders body in India has also asked Bollywood celebrities to not endorse Chinese products and brands. The India China border standoff has been an ongoing discussion since May 5. The attack in Galwan Valley has taken a new turn towards the diplomatic decisions that were to take place.
