- Concept: This summer is the 50th anniversary of the passing of the world's most famous actress, MARILYN MONROE, and over 50,000 avid fans from all four corners of the globe are expected to arrive on Hollywood's doorstep.  Among the first to welcome them will be "Ripley's Believe It Or Not" in the heart of Hollywood, where a BANK VAULT, part of the original 1920's era structure at Hollywood and Highland, is set to house one of the world's best Mari lyn collections, artifacts never seen before, in a $1 million-plus assembly of personal memorabilia, including intimate apparel worn by Mari lyn for baseball legend Joe DiMaggio on their wedding night!
