Cheesecake in a Jar

Crust Ingredients:

200g graham crackers, crushed
1/2 cup butter/margarine, melted
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon sugar

Base:

450g cream cheese, softened at room temp.
1 cup white sugar(more if needed)
1000ml all purpose cream, chilled overnight(4 cups)
3 tbsp gelatin, clear and unflavored
1/3 cup very hot water

Fillings & Toppings:

1 tbsp Blueberry
1 tbsp Strawberry
2 blocks Toblerone
2-3 tbsp Ube halaya
4-5 tbsp Yema frosting/spread
2 tbsp Cheese, grated
1/4 cup oreo, crushed(more or less)
1 bar Fudgee chococake
1/2 cup chocolate syrup/ganache
2 tbsp chocolate
2 tbsp cashew nuts
3 tbsp marshmallows

Procedure:

1) Crust: Combine graham and melted butter. Mix it well
2) Add brown sugar and cinnamon powder. Mix it well
3) Put 4 tbsp of crust mixture into each jar. Press it and pack it tightly
4) Chill for 30min. or until ready to use
5) Combine cream cheese and white sugar. Beat on med. low speed until smooth
6) Whip cream on high speed until doubled in size
7) Add cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream. Mix it well
8) Dissolved gelatin into the hot water
9) Gradually add dissolved gelatin into the cream mixture
10)Assemble: Pour about 1 cup of cream cheese mixture into the jar.
You can add decoration and fillings
11)Cover and chill overnight
12)Add toppings
