RUSSIAN PANCAKES | CREPES | BLINI | PERFECT RECIPE

Hi! When I was in Russia, I fell in love with Russian pancakes! I tried to repeat it many times at home, but it didn't work out until I found the PERFECT test recipe. Pancakes are obtained from the first time! The main thing is to keep the proportions.

Recipe:
2 eggs
1 tbsp of sugar
a pinch of salt
500 ml (2 cups) of milk
200 g (1 2/3 cup) of wheat flour
1 tbsp of sunflower oil

Add milk and flour in parts so that there are no lumps in the dough.
The pan must be non-stick. First, heat it up very much, and then turn down the heat.
Pancakes are baked on both sides. The first - until the golden edges are formed (about a minute), the second - about 30 seconds.
