The Actions of UK Special Forces dog: Kuno | April 2019

In April 2019, Kuno, a Belgian Malinois embedded into the United Kingdom Special Forces, deployed with his handler on a joint UK-Afghan operation against a compound in Afghanistan. Just over a year later, it was announced by the Ministry of Defence that he was to be awarded the P.D.S.A. Dickin Medal for his actions during the operation. This is his story.
