HOMEMADE PIZZA | Ooni Koda 16

We are hoping everyone is well and healthy! We have had to take a beat from traveling, so the pandemic has us home bound and stir crazy, we’ve been passing the hours in the kitchen.
Inspired by our last video when we drove through Phoenix and stopped at Pizzaria Bianco, we bought an Ooni Koda 16 pizza oven and opened our copy of “Bianco” to see if we could recreate even half the magic of the perfect pizza we had there!
If you don’t have an Ooni, heat your oven up as high as it will go and either place the pizza on a preheated pizza stone or into a cast iron pan. Good luck and buon appetito!
