In fact, if you start small, slowly add weight and increase mobility demands overtime, these movements can be incredibly beneficial

This extends to both real life situations and in the longevity of your training by increasing resiliency and strength through disadvantageous positions.

(This is within the context of healthy individuals with no preexisting injuries since ppl always like to bring that up)
