Homemade Hoagie Rolls - Sub - Poor Boy - Grinder

Today I am making homemade Hoagie Rolls. This homemade bread is similar to Subs, Poor Boys, and Grinder rolls. These have been a real hit at Deep South Texas, and I am sure they will be at your home as well. These are easy to make. Step by step directions are included. The recipe ingredients are listed below.

1 1/2 cups water, warm to the touch
1 tsp sugar
1 tablespoon Instant Yeast
3 tablespoons oil, any type, I have used Sunflower oil and Olive Oil
2 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups bread flour, All Purpose flour should work
Bake at 400 F for approximately 20 minutes
