Craving for Japanese Food? 🍣 #shorts

🍣 mini chirashi : chirashi means “scattered” in Japanese. It's a gorgeous dish where all the ingredients are mixed together, and beautifully displayed on top of a layer of sushi rice. In this one : salmon, tuna, hanachi, ikura, tobiko, omelette, crab stick, and green onion.

🍣 ikura salmon uramaki : which combines my two favourite things, salmon and salmon roe

🍜 teriyaki soba : covered with a generous portion of teriyaki chicken

I'm a few days late posting, but this was our scrumptious new year dinner. Talk about kicking off the new year right!
