Hba 1c टेस्ट क्या है, तो बता दें कि हीमोग्लोबिन A1C टेस्ट एक तरह का ब्लड टेस्ट है, जिससे पिछले दो से तीन महीनों में आपके average ब्लड शुगर लेवल का पता चल जाता है।
HbA1c को hemoglobin A1c, glycosilated hemoglobin या glycated hemoglobin भी कहा जाता है। HbA1c टेस्ट को blood में शुगर लेवल से जुड़ी जानकारी के लिए किया जा सकता है।
दोस्तों HbA1c टेस्ट के लिए , पहले से तैयारी करने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं होती । और ना ही इसके लिए खानपान से जुड़ी कोई पाबंदी होती है।जबकि सामान्य टेस्ट जैसे कि फ़ास्टिंग ब्लड शुगर (एफबीएस) और ओरल ग्लूकोज़ टॉलेरेंस टेस्ट (ओजीटीटी) के लिए खानपान से जुड़ी पाबंदियां होती हैं।
