CUSTOM BUILD WITH A MOODY AND BOLD INTERIOR | S1E8 Renovation Rekindle | Kadilak Homes

This gorgeous custom-built home has a stunning, moody, and bold interior that started off as a typical new build, but as the home progressed a local family came into the picture who would ultimately call this house a home. With them in mind, we crafted an interior that would be uniquely theirs for years to come.

We gave this house a very bold and moody look - with lots of contrasting black and white, as well as pops of emerald green accents. Some design features include: black backsplash tile, matte black appliances, curved ceiling details, coffered ceilings, custom built cabinetry, and other beautiful details including a dedicated movie theater room!

The project started off with the purchase of a single level 1950’s home that had been abandoned for 17 years. It was in a state of major disrepair due to the years of neglect, but the location and lot were absolutely beautiful we couldn't resist!
