Nightmare Souls 1 Mods (Part 3) (Halloween Mods)

It's that time of the year again, with spookiness and early Christmas decorations. Time to start up the Spook Souls season again. However, this year, I made a subgoal to make worse... far worse. Normally it's Item + Enemy rando + Darkness mod; This time we're making the items fully shuffled, as well as adding in the Fog Gate Randomizer. In a bundle of laughs if not getting walled sometimes. So let's have some fun this year, and enjoy some spooks.
