[Sekiro] Dodge-Only (i.e. No Block/Deflect/Tools/Skills/Combat Arts)

There's a Bloodborne style mod for Sekiro that I've been aware of for a while, and I've honest never really had much interest in it. However, I am fairly adept at this game, so I decided to show off that you don't need that mod at all. Dodging is quite consistent, and valuable in Sekiro, but it does require some knowledge on how the AI works to dodge effectively, because that usual BB/DS dodge directly back really doesn't work that well. This isn't an attempt to do it damageless, but rather to show off that it's not so bad. There are dodge-only fights with no-damage taken out there, but who knows how long this really took. In total, this took me about 3.5 hours to succeed the full game (all bosses, and each mini boss, but I did forget O'Rin, whoops). Also we're using the Miyazaki skin for this run, because peer pressure!

Some things that make this interesting:
- Sekiro has the fewest amount of i-frames for dodging out of the Soulsbornekiro game-set.
- There are quite a few non-exploit ways to do dodge-only, it's a legit thing.
- Even though there are quite a few shockwave-attacks (stomps, and what-not), due to their low life-time it's possible to dodge it.
- Sekiro has a reputation for high-frame variance, meaning it's possible sometimes attacks will phase right through you, even at 60 FPS, and i-frames don't last a fixed amount of time.
