Best Fish Kebabs Ever!! (Garrick/Leervis)

This is without any doubt the best way to prepare any drier type of fish like Marlin, Garrick and general game fish. My favourite is always on the braai due to the unique flavour from the wood coals. Unfortunately we have some really shitty weather and Im forced to cook indoors under the grill.
The Kebabs come out first class and we have the tastiest fish meal in a long time. Garrick is so under rated yet if you cook it well its one of the best..
