Injection - plantar fibromas under USS

Injection of painful plantar fibromatosis under USS guidance. This was an especially painful case so it was done under a tibial nerve block (not on video) to make the CS injection pain free.

We favour triamcinolone for steroid, done with peppering to shrink the little blighters.
