Soft Veggie Egg Pancakes for 11 Months Baby | Baby-Led Weaning | No Salt No Sugar 🥦🥕🥚

✨ Baby-led Weaning Veggie Egg Pancakes (11m+) ✨
Super soft, nutritious, and perfect for babies with little or no teeth 👶💛
Packed with protein and veggies, these pancakes are perfect for breakfast, snacks, or finger food meals.



👩‍🍳 Ingredients:
• Steamed cauliflower (फूलगोभी)
• Steamed peas (मटर)
• Steamed carrot (गाजर)
• Steamed potato (आलू)
• Cumin & coriander powder (जीरा धनिया पाउडर)
• Egg (अंडा)
• Butter / Desi ghee / Olive oil (बटर / देसी घी / ऑलिव ऑयल)



👣 Method:

1️⃣ Roughly mash all steamed veggies with a fork.
2️⃣ Mix in egg and cumin & coriander powder until well combined.
3️⃣ Heat a pan, grease lightly with butter / ghee / olive oil.
4️⃣ Spoon small portions of batter onto the pan.
5️⃣ Cover & cook on low flame until soft and lightly golden on both sides.
6️⃣ Cool completely and serve to your baby.
