Healthy Veggie Nuggets for Babies (8+ Months) | Baby-Led Weaning Recipe

Try these Veggie Nuggets made with potato, carrot & moong dal — perfect for babies 8 months+ starting solids or following baby-led weaning!

👩‍🍳 Ingredients:
🥔 1 small boiled & mashed potato
🥕 1 small boiled & grated carrot
🌿 1 tsp soaked & boiled moong dal
🌾 2 tsp rice flour (for binding)
🌸 A pinch of cumin & coriander powder (optional, mild flavor)
🧈 Desi ghee for cooking

👩‍🍳 Method:
1️⃣ Mix all ingredients to form a soft dough.
2️⃣ Shape into small nuggets.
3️⃣ Cook on a low flame with ghee — cover & cook till soft & golden.
4️⃣ Cool completely & serve only the soft inside to baby 💖
