Mueve la Sopa!

On a rainy day like today I decided to make soup but son after Jaleesa decided to step in, add she always does and do a kitchen take over. Here she does her take at Chicken Tortellini Soup.

Use a Dutch oven or similar.

. 1 tablespoon of olive oil
. 1 Chicken breast cut up in cubes
. 1 medium to large onion
. 1 sweet bell pepper of your preference
. 4 Garlic cloves minced
. 8 to 9 Cups of Chicken broth
. 1 bag of frozen cheese Tortellini
. 1 tablespoon of Sofrito
. 1/3 cup of heavy cream
. 2 tablespoons of fresh Parsley
. 1 tablespoon of Thyme
. pinch (or more and per preference) of crushed red pepper
. salt and pepper to taste
Note: you can add additional veggies or Spinach to this recipe.
